I was a loyal opera user. until they moved to the new platform and done away with bookmarks.
All most of if not all of the mouse and keyboard short cuts. I have always liked the 9.2 capability keyboard short cuts. I cannot seem to find any shortcuts in this edition. My question is there any intention to place them in it?

Click on the V-Button, go to tools – there is the shortcuts cheat sheet – or: Press F2 and look there – or: Go to settings > keyboard. There you will even be able to edit the Keyboard shortcuts.
Is there a way to go from link to Link keys like
Cycle through links in page A and Q
Cycle through headers in page S and W
Cycle through elements in page D and E
